Why are rescheduling fees part of our studio policy?

1. Photoshoots typically span half a day (or longer) and require preparation and cleanup. It becomes exceedingly challenging to fill a rescheduled spot. Our clients often undertake various preparations, such as haircuts, hair coloring, manicures, and skin procedures, making it a lengthy process. As a result, when a rescheduling occurs, it significantly impacts our ability to utilize that time effectively, leading to a considerable loss of our workday.

2. When rescheduling takes place, not only do we lose a workday, but our makeup artists also face a similar predicament. To maintain fairness, we find it necessary to compensate them for their time, as they, too, experience a loss in income due to the rescheduled appointment.
