The Process:

PHASE 1: Website Strategy & Creative Direction

The research phase sets the direction for the design work and allows us to build a website you’ll love. The process starts with filling out your Brand & Design Questionnaire, so we can understand your expectations and vision.

From there we will set up a Website Consultation (virtual or in-person) to review and discuss all aspects of your website. During this time, we will build a website map that outlines the structure of your website before moving forward to the development phase.

PHASE 2: Design & Development

This process includes a full designer website created based on your needs, up to 5 individual pages included. We use templates compatible with squarespace.

You will have access to the initial design within 2-3 weeks of starting the project depending on the project needs. Timelines will be discussed during our initial consultation. 

From here you will be allocated complimentary revisions through touch-point virtual calls. Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions. 

Please note: web hosting and email packages are not included. These must be purchased directly from the web host. That said, we are happy to walk you through this process and set everything up for you.

PHASE 3: Reveal

Upon the final reveal we will set up a final consultation to walk you through the process of "going live" with your website.

$2,390 + hst

timeline: 8-10 weeks

payment structure:

4 payments of $597.50, scheduled 2 weeks apart

(first payment plus annual squarespace fee - approx $216 USD)

additional services:

logo design $400

copywriting $900 (up to 5 individual pages)

additional individual pages $300 + hst

website support (per hour) $150 + hst
